Who is this program for?

This program is built for anyone or any business ready to implement the RIGHT systems that build a stable foundation so you can take the day off without your business crumbling. This is for virtual assistants, tech implementers, and other digital service providers. If you’re the man/woman/human/unicorn behind the curtain of successful businesses, then this is for you.

I'm a brand new va. can I still do this?

Sure, you can definitely try! While you will reap some of the benefits, this cohort class is actually built for people with at least 6 months of virtual assistant work and/or have worked with at least 3 clients. I want you to truly KNOW that you’re serious about this, and are willing to do the work. The reason I say this is because it is super helpful to have tried a few things, worked with a few people in order to figure out what you like/don’t like. I want you to be serious about this—not just testing the waters. So, can you start from scratch? Yes, but it will be more challenging.

Do I get a certification for completing this program?

No, and honestly, certifications don’t really matter, because this is an unregulated and uncredited industry. In over 12 years of working online, no one I’ve ever worked with has asked for a certification. Like, ever. You can, however, always reference to completing the Essential Systems Launchpad!

Is this a course?

While there will be a course platform with additional resources, videos, and templates included, this is a group training program. I (Nikki) will be teaching via workshops and office hours. Since it is a highly interactive experience, our focus is put on learning, integrating, and executing each of the strategies we cover. This isn’t an experience that you will buy and put on a virtual bookshelf that gathers digital dust. This is meant to be implemented, executed, and USED.
